The tube strike in London provided one good thing for Londeners yesterday: Beckhamania. With the premiere of his new underwear campaign with Emporio Armani, street walkers and lovers of the Beckham family went wild when a bigger than life size poster of semi-nude David went up in front of Selfridges department store on Oxford Street. Now if that’s not one more step for David, it sure is a huge leap for underwear. One we can all appreciate and admire- up close and personal.
